1. I just placed an order for local pick-up, what do I do now?
Once your receive your email stating your order is ready for pickup Click on to schedule your pickup.
2. When will my items ship? Once an order is placed all items are all crafted in my studio and can take 5-7 business days to create to perfection for you. I usually ship out on Tuesdays and Fridays through USPS.
3. Something's wrong with my order!
Oh dirt! Occasionally mistakes or problems come up. Please message Planty'tude for assistance.If damaged or incorrect item/s please take pictures of item/s and packaging as soon as it arrives and within 24 hours of receipt then message them to me at plantytude@plantytude.com
